How to monitor sync and fix common issues.
Shows active and completed sync requests. Click error icon for details. Retry or clear requests.
Application logs with filter and search. Export for support. Clear logs.
Check status is Ready (not No mapping). If No mapping, add or enable a mapping rule. If Error, check Requests for details.
Reconnect provider: Settings → Channels, connect source or target again (OAuth or credentials). For Jira check token/session.
Open Requests page. Clear active requests if needed (with confirmation). Run Scan and Sync again. Check Logs for errors.
