Events

Scanning for events

Click Scan Calendar in the popup or the Scan button on the Events page. Choose the period (today, week, month, or custom range) and the calendar source if you have several. The extension will fetch events and add them to the list with status "ready" or "no_mapping" if no rule matches.

Events list

The Events page shows all captured events: title, date, duration, status (ready, syncing, completed, error, no_mapping, skipped). Use search and filters to find specific events. Click an event to see details in a modal.

Event statuses

• Ready — matched to a mapping rule, waiting to sync.
• Syncing — sync in progress.
• Completed — successfully synced.
• Error — sync failed; check Requests or Logs.
• No mapping — no rule matches this event; add or edit a rule in Mapping.
• Skipped — intentionally not synced.

Bulk actions

Select one or more events, then use Sync Selected to send them to Jira, Reset to retry, or Delete to remove them from the list. Use Sync All in the popup to sync all ready events.
