Troubleshooting

How to monitor sync and fix common issues.

Requests page

Shows active and completed sync requests. For failed requests, click the error icon to see the message. You can retry or clear completed/active requests.

Logs page

Application logs with filter by level (info, warn, error) and search. Export logs for support or debugging. Clear logs to free space.

Event does not sync

Check that the event has status Ready (not No mapping). If No mapping, add or enable a mapping rule that matches the event title. If status is Error, open Requests and check the error details.

Authorization error

Reconnect the provider: Settings → Channels, find the source or target, and connect again (OAuth or re-enter credentials). For Jira, ensure the API token or session is valid.

Sync seems stuck

Open the Requests page. If there are active requests that do not complete, you can clear active requests (with confirmation). Then run Scan again and Sync. Check Logs for errors.
