All Synchronization Options
Choose your sync pair. All integrations are powered by our browser extension, working natively within your existing network and VPN.
Manual sync
Click Sync in the extension popup to send all ready events to Jira (or your configured destination). You can also open the Events page and use Sync Selected for chosen events, or Sync All in the header.
Auto sync
In the extension go to Settings → General. Turn on Auto Sync and set the interval (e.g. every 5 or 15 minutes). The extension will sync ready events automatically.
Checking progress
While syncing, a progress overlay shows status. Open the Requests page to see active and completed requests; click an error icon for details. Event statuses on the Events page update when sync finishes.
